The Story of HiH Energy
HiH started out as a dream conceived by its Founder while on a travel sabbatical. The idea was to create a company with a complete focus on promoting harmony between the built environment and the natural environment. Hence the acronym HiH stands for “Homes in Harmony”.
Focusing on an area of passion has allowed us to put our values into action and keeps us very motivated in our work. And we’ve been gratified to work with incredible clients who share those same values and whose teams are a joy to collaborate with.
The twin goals of energy and carbon reduction became paramount as they represent two of society’s most pressing challenges.
We’ve also been able to create an important work/life balance that keeps us recharged. Our people can be found throughout Southwestern BC enjoying it’s incredible natural capital: hiking its trails, swimming it’s lakes, skiing it’s mountains and surfing it’s waves. That keeps everything in perspective.
